This will automatically identify you as their agent and entitle you to a commission for their referral. (2) Have your client review and execute Intell A Choice’s retainer agreement and read all information in order for them to be able to make an intelligent decision if they would benefit and like to enroll in our program. (3) You also agree to comply with all applicable state law, federal law, and professional responsibilities, if any, at all times. (4) You further agree that you will not engage in any advertising programs; (without prior written approval), resell, or charge any additional fees, other than Intell A Choice’s monthly fees, for our services. (5) You also agree not to make any promises or guarantees with respect to Intell A Choice’s Services other then outlined on our website. Concerning Governing Law and Jurisdiction for our services you agree. This Agreement is deemed to have been executed and performed exclusively in the State of Florida; under Florida law, without regard to conflict of law provisions but, in accordance with all Federal Laws governing this agreement.
